The aroma is very powerful… you can smell the raw Bourbon spice along with the vanilla, hot toffee, and wild western herbal notes with a bit of apple.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
Even if you drink your Whiskey straight, this Bourbon blooms with a single ice cube — revealing notes of pecan pie, braised apples, caramel apples, thick baking spices, and tobacco smoke.

The finish is long, spicy, and lightly sweet.

Smoky Mary
4 ounces tomato juice
2 ounces Iron Smoke Whiskey
1/2 ounce lime juice
6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes of Liquid Smoke
5 light shakes Iron Works BBQ Rub
5 light shakes celery salt
Prepared horseradish to taste
Celery Stalk
One Slice Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, crisped
Lime wedge

Smoked Rim Rub: 3 dashes Iron Works BBQ Rub and 3 dashes celery salt.

Wet rim of glass with juice from lime slice and dip the rim generously into the rim rub mix.

Add a liberal amount of ice. Mix all ingredients together and pour in glass.

Garnish with celery stalk and one piece of extra crispy bacon, lime wedge and let this classic hair of the dog off the porch.
